Jenny Kent is an experienced Personal Trainer with a track record of achieving results especially with the 30+ age group who need to lose weight, tone up, feel fit and healthy again. Jenny’s program delivers results, which include loss of excess body fat, increased muscle tone, improved posture, flexibility and fitness and a new level of happiness and self-confidence. She has worked closely with many different clients who have previously let their health and energy levels slip due to Corporate and work-life balance pressures. Jenny’s previous life as a Corporate Executive helps her to understand and find strategies to help her clients to circumvent these pressures. Offering a personalised nutrition and exercise program tailored to individual clients – coupled with advice, guidance and accountability delivers a holistic approach. This helps Jenny’s clients to transform their bodies quickly and then maintain their results long term. This is in line with Jenny’s own journey. She transformed herself from a stressed and obese size 18 – 97kg in 2010 to a fit, healthy size 10 – 70kg in 2011. Jenny’s passionate about helping others to achieve their fitness goals and transform their lives.
