We start with a one-hour consultation including goal setting, exercise and health history, nutrition analysis and fitness testing plus a 30 min sample workout.

We can train you indoors in a modern and friendly personal training studio at Anytime Fitness 182 Blues Point Road McMahons Point or outdoors on the beautiful shores of Sydney Harbour in Lavender Bay.

We can train you 1 on 1 or in small groups giving you personalised attention as well as the fun of working out with friends.

In each session we will focus on working with you according to your fitness goals combining resistance and cardio training with educational tips, coaching and accountability to get the results that you desire.
