We believe that approximately 70% of your weight loss results are attributed to nutrition and only 30% to exercise. This means that nutrition is a vital component to any health and wellbeing program. We provide nutrition strategies based on food requirements at the macronutrient level personalised according to your body type and activity levels and goals. This means a healthy nutrition plan to support you to achieve your goal quickly and maintain it long term. You will be given easy and healthy ideas for key meals and snacks as well as shopping lists and strategies for eating out and managing alcohol consumption to stay on track.

An essential part of having a healthier, more toned and energised body is to reduce one’s body fat level. Food selection is critical and we will show you the science of how to select the right level of carbohydrate, protein and fat and the best food consumption timing to help you burn body fat fast.

We believe that the types of food and timing play a key role in improving your body shape. For example-eating carbohydrates late at night will be stored as fat if they are not burned off with activity.

We monitor your food diary to check that you are not sabotaging your results unknowingly. We know that a wide variety of food options are key to achieving your goal and we encourage you to eat 5-6 meals a day to boost your metabolism and keep you feeling satisfied and your energies levels high all day long.
