Once you have made the decision to “kick off” your personal trainer will provide you with a comprehensive program to guide you on your personal journey to a healthy lifestyle and coach you to achieve your goals. We hold you accountable for sticking to your nutrition, exercise and alcohol goals for the week and we pride ourselves on your helping you achieve the results that you desire.
