Our comprehensive health and wellness programs include a 1hr consultation which includes goal setting, exercise and health history, nutrition analysis, fitness testing and a 30 min sample work out.

Once you have made the decision to “kick off” your personal trainer will provide you with a comprehensive program to guide you on your personal journey to a healthy lifestyle and coach you to achieve your goals. We hold you accountable for sticking to your nutrition, exercise and alcohol goals for the week and we pride ourselves on your helping you achieve the results that you desire.
