Are you looking for Personal Training in Groups?

We offer one on one personal training or small group training giving you personal attention or a fun session working out with friends.

Whether you like to train indoors or outside we offer both. We have a modern and friendly gym at Anytime Fitness 182 Blues Point Road McMahons Point or we can go outdoors in the beautiful Lavender Bay area on the foreshores of Sydney Harbour.

Our group sessions offer a combination of cardio and resistance training to give you the cardiovascular work out to keep your heart fit and the resistance to help you condition and tone your muscles, improve your posture as well as increase your metabolic rate to help you burn body fat.

Cancer Survivors Bootcamp

Are you a Cancer Survivor? Do you want to feel strong, fit, confident and vibrant again?

We have a bootcamp for cancer survivors on Tuesdays at 10am at Blues Point Reserve, McMahons Point.

It’s a small group, numbers are limited to 9.

We complete a functional strength and fitness workout covering the whole body with weights and equipment provided.

After a warm up we train for around 45-60 mins including a nice stretch. Afterwards we gather for coffee and a catch up at a local cafe in McMahons Point.

This is fun class is free for survivors, friends & family.

Numbers are limited so you will need to register with Jenny by Monday evening.

Bring your mat & water as well as a sun hat /glasses.

Please arrive 5-10 mins before so that you are ready to begin at 10am.
